How to Open a SMM site

hello guys, im italian and i want open a smm panel for sell this type of services.
how i can do this? I see alot smm panels but i dont want be a reseller but a original founder.
no one sell italian target people.. how i can do this?
any suggestion?

He said he doesn't want to be a reseller. But my guess is he doesn't have his own accounts/services either.

I'm not really into this but you'd probably need to create lots of accounts for the various social networks you want to work on.
You'd also need to learn how to avoid bans as much as possible.
It's probably better to start off as a reseller first.

I can have a smm panel script but i dont know how start to create my services, and i cant be reseller because i dont find italian country target services...

If you don't know how to provide services, you can find a provider or cheap reseller and add it to your panel.
You have the script, so you can easily add it using the API
