How to not wait 3 momuth to Index ?

Hi everyone , i builded a website mono niche 3 mounth ago.
I wrote 20 pages, each 1500 words .
Keywords are still indexing but not fast as i want.

Is there a method to get fast index of keywords of page that not penalize my website ?
i searched on google and i find this website instantlinkindexer.com or others but i don't know if they are spam and google ban my site..

Use Search Console to submit your websites manually. I too have a new site, although content is low; it has been indexed in about a week or so. Might even be less for you.

I also tried using Ping My Website tool. I don't know if it works, but I did it before my site was indexed. So far no problem though. My three posts are already ranking.

Just submit your site here, it will get indexed almost instantly..
