Recently I have been seeing people posting about scammers and have talked to a few new clients that have experience bad services in the past. I thought I would write something to share to the BHW community to stop this stuff happening. If you have tips, feel free to share.
1. Know the average prices for the service you want! You want to know what is cheap and what is expensive as these both can be red flags.
Ie. Mother/ Child base plans are usually around $350 per month. So if you see someone selling for $200 then make sure all the followers are real and targeted as that can easily ruin your account.
Now, if you see someone selling for $700 then you definitely know they are probably outsourcing from another agency. Typically guys that can sell that high will not be selling on BHW. Prices have to be cheaper because of competition here.
2. Refund Policy and Payment Provider: If someone only wants to pay with crypto or paypal f&f then thats a red flag. You need to at least on the first payment have something that have payment safety.
3. Results and testimonials: This part is easy to fake but you can look out for certain things. Look for changes in fonts on text, colours, off centre letters etc. On top of this ask for a clients instagram insights at a current date.
4. Get personal: Talk to the provider for a bit. See how they interact l, how they respond. I feel buiilding a great relationship with your clients is a key to retention. If they always take 12 hours+ to respond to questions then something seems fishy.
5. Buid trust: As mentioned above you need to get personal. But with this you want to build trust. Find out some background, get to know them abit more if they are cold and distant they will most likely be hard to deal with. Especially
If you are an agency and want to do this long term.
6. Get to know the service: If you understand the service and what it takes to grow then you can ask potential clients questions to see if they actually do the work. A lot of people resell!
7. Check the users previous comments and posts: In most forums you can see all the users posts. So, check to see if the provider has been posting about issues recently and to see if anyone has had any bad experiences with this provider.
I myself have never had bad complaints but my services but if I did I would focus on getting as many positive reviews.
*Bonus: Order a small package, test and then decided. Check the followers for both or spam accounts.
Thanks!
