how to not get caught by police?

Plug off your router.

Anyways police can trace anyone if it's worth the time invested. And for a VPS - police fill send a subpoena to VPS company and they will HAVE TO give connections logs and payment logs to police. Also, google is a bitch.

Not if the VPS company is located in another country

A good way that doesn't required a ton of effort or skill is to use Tails (the OS). Do everything related to your blog on Tails, use fake info for everything, if you need to pay use crypto, and you should be fine. Everything is gonna be very slow and you may spend 50% of your time solving captchas though.

And don't do anything related to your real identity on Tails.

Posting about wanting to hide from the police on a public forum doesn't help your case either.

Question; How to not get caught by police?

Answer; Don't do anything illegal. (if you can't do the time, don't do the crime).

Even using TOR and the deep, dark web will not protect you if you are doing something serious enough to warrant being investigated.
TOR has been monitored by the police for more than 5 years i.e. they can have access to anything they want. Even if he haven't paid his taxes they will catch him

What i want to know is can the police track me if i use vps to create blog and write content from there?
They will go to the service that sold you the VPS and ask your purchase details. Just don't.....
I see it as very (forgive me the word) stupid idea.

is it really illegal in your country? are there articles online of webmasters being arrested for that? if not you are over thinking it.
but staying anonymous, okay it's easy
especially for a fake news site
don't associate a real name/address with anything obviously
u can get away with using a fake "realistic looking" name/address on domain registrars & hosting providers. use vcc/btc if youre really paranoid about payment methods. whois privacy. offshore hosting if you plan on getting take-down requests. don't use the mainstream guys like hostgator, namecheap, godaddy.
do not host anything else on that server that can be used to find out who you are....like other business websites.
won't hurt to use vpn/proxy while you're doing it all
worst thing to happen is people try to "Cyber bully" you. u can just laugh because think of the kind of idiot it takes to send those kinds of messages to a webmaster.
i will be very interested if you can link to news reports of arrests leading to convictions in that niche.

So i want to create a website using blogspot and create a facebook account to share the blog link, i want to hide my identity and real location so the police won't find me, i'm planning to use vps and gmail i got from someone. Is it safe if i only use vps?

Firstly, ensure HTTPS connection between your device and your router.
Secondly, you need two different VPS.
Thirdly, why are you using GMAIL? So Google knows everything? You do know that Google will hand your information over upon being presented with a court order.

Learn about five-eyes, seven-eyes and relevant omni Internet related stuff first before trying to beat the government. Else, you'd be exile in Moscow with Edward Snowish.

Please go Russian forums to ask this kind of question lol.

Travel around the world posting your content to your blog using the various public computers in internet cafes and libraries etc to hide your tracks. This will get you used to 'being on the run' as I think the path you are on will lead you to needing some 'being on the run' practice.

Basically, don't do anything illegal.

That is how you don't get caught by the police.

Well, I mean, 99% chance I guess.

Basically, don't do anything illegal and don't associate with people who do illegal things.

That is how you don't get caught by the police.

But you know what they say, if you follow someone's car for 1000 kilometers, eventually you'll be find something to fine/arrest him for.

Actually, it's hopeless, police state, you'll be arrested no matter what you do. Give up now.

No one was able to hide from the Police sooner or later you will get caught.

So, stop thinking illegal thing. their are much more profitable way than fake news offer.

Well to be honest, if they want to catch you, then no proxy or VPS will do you any good.

Its not 2006 anymore, Internet providers log all of your data, dont be retard and think about proxy and vpn can save you anything. Whats my suggestion ? Travel to a 3rd world country where you can buy police from fair amounts. For example: Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand

Why would police be interested in your site?

If you're simply doing something in a DMCA-prone niche, an offshore hosting and anonymous domain registration would be sufficient (both Blogspot and Facebook will ban you for this, so don't even bother trying). But if you're evading an active warrant, you'll need a much more thorough plan, and it's unlikely that VPS and gmail would be of much help.

Thanks. Can you provide good examples of offshore hosting and annoymous domain registration? Think this is what OP wants. Thanks.

If she is doing fake news wouldn't the best hosting be based in the U.S. and not some offshore country where it's going to be illegal?

Any business that you have to be worried about the police isn't going to scale very well. It will be shutdown eventually one way or another. Then you'll be back to where you started. Focus on building a long term asset :-)

I think OP is awkwardly referring to Google or Spam moderators as police and not the actual law enforcement agents.

If you will go to jail then : no mobile, no pc, no internet, no taste food, no family, no comfort. so carefully
