How to not get category limits on an account?

Can anyone help me with this? I can I get accounts to have no category limits?

No such thing, most categories have limits and there is no way around them, you have to sell until ebay lifts those limits.

Keep selling and receiving no negative feedback and the limits will be increased and then removed

At some point your limits will be raised after a long successful history of selling without any problems.
