Hey you guys know any numbers of likes and retweets and follows to stay away from so I don’t get banned?

Don't spam messages or follow/unfollow so quickly.
 
Is depending on what method you use for twitter. Most bots are already flagged by twitter but if you can make one yourself and use your own proxy you can limit the risks
 
Search on google or read twitter terms where they wrote the amount of tweets a user can make a day... Although, you have to make intervals so that their bots won't attack you.
