How to NoFollow Links in Shortcode Content

I have a shortcode that includes content + links in it. What I need to do is nofollow all those links in the shortcode. Is there anyway I can do that. I havr 500+ links so I cannot do it manually.

Also these links contain the same url except they have number at end. For example: www.example.com/?cid=22, www.example.com/?cid=23

is there anyway to nofollow these links that contain ?cid=
