How to network with valuable people?

I started recently, but thanks for the knowledge, I don't have that much experience yet...
generally these groups are dead, that's why I wanted to network with people who are engaged in networking and are of high value
I don't quite understand how to apply this, on which platform is this? Where can I find these seminars?

Sorry, but nobody will want to work with you if you have no experience and cannot provide things. You will just be a hinderance. It is the truth, everyone experiences it. Learn first and do the hard work and sacrifice like everyone else.
