How to negotiate commission rate

Hello

I have registered to Cyberghost VPN service, I have a traffic of 3k pages per month for now (extrapolated it can be 6k this month)

I had to enter an amount of commission rate, I just put 60% because I thought putting 100% which such a low traffic would make me refused instantly

But now they contacted me, how do I negotiate the commission rate? Anyone knows?

Also they are asking me how am I gonna advertise their products, any tips to make me look more professionnal so the commission rate can be inscreased?
