Yes very simple,Navigate to friends list,Parse Ids into an array,Then write a function that sends a message,Within the message function you would have a counter that increments by 1 each time it runs,This counter would be used to move through the array of IDs...Then call the "message" function from a 10-20 second timer

And after sending 50-60 messages, you suddenly realize facebook asks you to relogin and when you try to, bammm.

There are several scripts to do this but most are old and not working anymore or its a risk using them.
