How to move an application?

Hi I am about to start flipping facebook applications, but I can't really figure out how to transfer it to another user on facebook.

You know so the person is admin over the facebook app.

Can anybody tell me how to transfer it to the buyer? Before I start flipping

Add them as a friend. Add them as an admin in the facebook.com/developers then double check to make sure you have added them. Then remove yourself as admin
