So I made a fully working anime streaming website, and I implemented a Yen (the currency) reward system. When a user watches an episode, a code randomly appears on the video. The code can then be redeemed to earn Yens based on the user's rank.
Anyway, I haven't been able to find a monetization model that generates enough revenue to pay the users, even if I make no profit, as long as there are funds for the users and for server maintenance. All ad networks pay very little, and payouts depend heavily on the user's country. I thought about launching my own crypto token, but that requires upfront capital (I'm a teenager, so I don't have much money).
