I have job site that olready index in google job header. How to monitize that site?

Firstly you cannot charge employees anything! However you can charge employers to post or download resumes.. Or simple monetize with adsense

Use affiliate programs of big job portals, type in any famous job portal like monster and search monster affiliate,,,

Check other job sites first and see if the adsense ads in them show relevant ads. Adsense needs to have good inventory in your niche in order to make $$$ otherwise they show generic ads with low CPC.
