How to monitize an youtube channel?

my last upload was 10 months ago. and now i have 4000 subscribers. I was able to apple for monitization but i got rejected for reused content. Basically all the videos are reused and i was editing them and uploading it. Its like making a compilation.

You have to narrate the content, you can't just make a compilation of clips made by other people.
 
i can give you a good tip if you work hard you can get more the 10$ a day and for the first day and with new channel
but i think if i give you the tips or not :) depend if you are serious or not!

no it is not cpa i dont have a success with cpa because many people dont click on cpa links and in the other hand if the cpa it is not completed you earn nothing
for youtube monitization the video complations and reused contents are not accepeted for monitization if you want you can buy channel with monitization enabled and uplaud complication or reused contents

Make quality videos that interests people to watch. Go with trending topics. Share your channel links in all your social medias this will get you more views and you can apply for adsense. Or engage in affiliate program
 
Use Affiliate marketing or something , upload affiliate compliance videos
 
you have to mention them are you using there content without mentioning them?
 
The title of the video is very important. You should learn how to get a good title, and the description of the video should not be ignored.

I hear from someone that they have access to your private videos and you have to delete them altogether

I might try it but first i have to make a video because i have 0 videos that are originally from me
 
Give the quality of fresh content of service or product with good video quality to target customer audience.

no i dont sell anything, i have many youtube channels from 5k to 100k subscribers all thems with monitization refused for reused contents or copyright... you can delete all your channel contents but note if you doing that you lost all the accumulated watching time... and you should posting new own video to accumulate the 4000 hours then good luck for the 4000 hours :D
