Basic, relevant advertising and asking visitors for donations are the two obvious ways to monetize a petition/protest/activism website but I'm asking this here on the BHW forum in the hope that you guys could give me some other CREATIVE ways to monetize this type of site.
I own an exact match domain for a very important political decision that needs to be made in the UK within the next two years. It will be a major front page news topic after the next UK election. I've decided to start a petition on the topic now giving me plenty of time to promote the site before the issue is relevant. Naturally, this type of website is limited in the ways it can make money so any ideas you can give me would be really appreciated.
