How to monetized scraped traffic?

I have a movie site that is being scraped by a handful of Android apps. Getting ~600k requests/day. They open the site in a webview so it gets fully rendered and JS runs but it's not visible. I put a banner on the page they hit and got tons of impressions but no clicks so Adsterra banned my account. Pages stay open at least 30s maybe more so I was thinking arc.io but I've been waiting on an invite for over a year.

How can I earn off of all this traffic?

Have you tried to redirect traffic from webview to CPA/CPL/CPI offers?
 
Find any good affiliate network with smartlink. For now am getting approx 1% CR for my clicks.

Question: Does that app use some webview based background job to fetch content from your site or does it open in actual webview but nothing is shown? Reason for asking is that webview doesn't show/open some webpages and instead shows blank frame.

Not sure but probably background job. Traffic is about 90/10 split between "ChromeMobileWebview" and "ChromeMobile" according to cloudflare.

First you have to analyze entire traffic to pinpoint patterns for all problematic visits including but not limited to user agents, ip ranges, platforms, geo location, etc. Once you are done and have a list you can feed it to your webserver for filtering. If you have nginx this can be easily done with LUA scripting once you have all necessary inputs as mentioned.

EDIT: What you need is basically sort of honeypot or bot detection that will redirect such visits to your affiliate offer for example

Set up to redirect to a direct-link. Still worried it'll get banned because no actions after the redirect but we'll see how it goes.

Yep. But still small CR percentage will get you in. It doesn't hurt to drive some amount to offer. You can split traffic across several/many offers using some weighting algorithm if you have concerns about getting banned. e.g. you can get 10 offers and split entire traffic 10-ways (each offer gets 10% of traffic). Also, you can make traffic to offers more cleaner by limiting offer redirection to one unique visit per day by visitor fingerprinting implementation.

That amount of traffic has potential. You just have to test it and find what works.
