Hi

i have a website getting some traffic (untargeted traffic) so i can't promote any specific product and the website content is not that good to use adsense and other ppc network pay pennies

also i can't get approval for email submit or free offers

the content is spun and somewhat unreadable

anyway to monetize this ?

its not that much traffic to use cpm banners ?
i tought about redirecting to a cpa offers but can't find an autoapprove email submit offers

you could try http://ytz.com/ , they auto redirect based on GEO for best cpa offer , if you have traffic from multiple countries/areas .

Maybe I didn't understand your inquire, but looks like placing a survey link (offer some random BS as prize for taking it) and convert it to targeted would be a good idea
