How to monetize this website?

I have a website with a highly engaged traffic where I announce various other services/websites. Users can click on the link and are redirected to the website for that service. Effectively, this website acts as a free traffic provider at the moment

Free, since, I wanted the website to grow naturally, and have real high engagements - both of which I have now achieved.

How can I monetize such a website? I have thought of some ways, e.g. Shoutouts for new services, Affiliate links, etc. but both of these dilute the quality I am trying to provide through this website, and will surely lower down engagements. Really? Maybe, I would do that but that would be my last resort - if nothing else worked. However, I still think shoutouts and affiliate links would be a much better fit for a stable residual income. No?

If you've got any competition peep how they're monetizing their websites and think similiar

For me the idea is not bad, now for a young project is difficult to start and I think they could pay a little fee....... of course to make money you need to be the reference website about startups!
