How to Monetize Site About Cheese?

I snatched a domain which was an ecommerce site selling french cheese. I recreated it with wayback and months since I snatched it people are still visiting the site and trying to contact me wanting to buy cheese.

I can't think of anything on how to monetize it without putting too much effort in it, since I got it for other purposes.

Can anyone suggest any idea on how to monetize this traffic it gets?

Sell cheese recipe Ebooks

1) If you get lots of orders, then try to find a wholesaler and sell cheese to those old clients. Then advertise your business and get new clients as well.


2) Rebuild the site. Ad some related, quality informative content and monetize with adsense. Or sell ad spaces to other french cheese
sellers.

P.S. : Remember that cheese is way better when eated with a glass of red wind and a slice of salted bread. Package solution, you can really make something out of the box here

Ideally I would love to find a wholeseller in France and make the site work again like it used to, however I think this involves too much effort and with my current work schedule I don't have the time. And my French is not good as well

Since I plan on implementing a blog there and publishing some food/cheese related articles, I guess I will go with any of the ebook selling idea or an alternative to adsense. The shop may be reopened some day when I buy a remote french land and start making cheese and wine

I just joined there and have no clue how to find cheese related advertisers. The search seems to search only for advertiser names. Can you recommend any particular advertiser for Cheese?

Hey! I'm not from France unfortunately I would love to drop-ship cheese (would probably drop-ship to myself most of the time, lol) , but the thing is that I don't have the time for developing that particular business. Do you have anything more specific on mind maybe?

The hardest part will be to find the provider who wants to ship to your country + you won't have all cheese available because of sanitary reason.

About articles you could write, here are a few ideas :
- Alliance between cheese and wine
- Different types of cheese : cow, sheep, goat
- How to cut properly your cheese (yes there is a way to do this !)
- How to make your own cheese
- Various recipes...

Edit : last but not least, you could think about selling cheese knifes. There are different types and some are pretty expensive.
