Like, what niche are you in, what source of traffic you have, what type of content is it that gets displayed afresh with each page load? It's honestly hard to suggest something when your description is so ambiguous...
But fine, I'll mention few monetization options that I can think of, but don't blame me if they're not "smart" since I have no idea what your landing page, type of content and traffic source are since you might - for all I know - use traffic exchanges, for example, and TEs are a bad source for Adsense, so I definitely wouldn't recommend Adsense as a smart way in this case...

- opt-in forms / lead generation
- PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads)
- ecom ads (CJ, SaS, Amazon, this sort of networks)
- content locking (well, CPA networks in general)
- display ads (BuySellAds.com)
That's all I can think of without knowing anything that matters about your landing page
