How to monetize non US traffic?

As you know if we could get a lot of US/UK traffic we can generate a lot of money.But how about the other regions?
Most CPA offers are required US traffic (something say accept all but mostly US).So how can I monetize non US traffic because I have alot of traffic come from Asia and Middle East

there are some re-bill offers targeting those countries ; also, you can try something general or board targeted

There are plenty of dating offers that will take traffic from just about anywhere eg the elitemeeting sites offered by various networks will take most traffic. There isn't much stuff out there for Asian or Arab traffic though, but if you can't find a dating offer, just send them to anything that applies to their country (even if it's just a shitty toolbar or ringtone), just so you have a shot at making some money from them.

Also - "make money online" kind of ads generate good conversion too.
