I have a website in which I post hot girls pics. I get most of the traffic from facebook. How to I monetize this website? Which ad network should I use?

I think you should try some dating offers. Free to sign-up offers will be good to start.
 
Dating offers as newson said and maybe webcam offers.
 
Naked or covered girls?

You can use Adsense if it's safe content, infolinks, Crakrevenue offers, Dating offers, some content based ads...
 
Crakrev offers will be best if you are getting good traffic.
 
Promote there Dating/ Cam PPL(Free Signup) Offer.
 
Signup on crakrevenue and promote dating and webcam offers. Test them both and see what converts better for you. Start with PPL in the beginning so that you can earn some fast cash :)
 
Dating offers surely will work if you pick the right one. Maybe add two different sponsors to see which one is good.
 
I'd definitely not suggest adsense. Better to try adult CPA offers and Cam offers like others suggested.
Also, to get the best results -you will need to split test the offers you are running.
