Hey.

I`ve got many skills connected with graphic design, fb ads, instagram promotion etc. Any ideas where to find customers? Please, not Fiverr, without 100 reviews it is impossible to rank. And also freelancer.com suxxx. Any other ideas? :D I do not have budget for fb ads and instagram promotion I mean promoting my services by these socials. Thx!

Simple answer is become a Jr.VIP when you get to 100 posts, then you can respond to requests in Hire A Freelancer and also in Want To Buy.

You could then consider opening a BST too.

How much cost Jr. VIP? ;)

Jr. VIP Membership
If you have been a member of the forum for at least 60 days, and have made at least 100 posts, your $97 donation will promote you to a Jr. VIP membership, which allows you to access the hidden Jr. VIP forums and allows you to submit threads into the marketplace subject to marketplace terms and conditions.
Please note - it may take up to 7 days for your payment to be processed!

So first I need to earn this $97.
People making decent quality BST designs charge that much for one. But seriously, if you do not have even that much, you should get a real job first.

I really know bro. But I am still studying on university, and do not have time for a full time job now. I wanted to earn something to develop.

Some of us still believe in the 'free' in freelancing. As formerly in Jr VIP, I did not find the section that valuable, and there too many good but no-cost places to go online where you can answer freelancer ads or posts to bother with paying BHW if you do not choose to. Perhaps the OP should consider reviewing the JV section to set up a deal with somebody on a profit-sharing basis, instead of a for-hire basis. Or print out samples and present them offline, to selected local community prospects and businesses.

With a designer skill set, the OP should also start a free portfolio blog to publish recent samples of design work. Then answer or post freelance ads/posts on sites like Craigslist, the Reddit freelancing sub-Reddit, and specialty graphics sites like 99Designs or Zazzle. The OP should really consider also posting gigs on Fiverr et al type sites, by NOT relying on them to rank the gig urls (instead, promote them or the portfolio blog via write-ups on relevant niche sites, forums, social media and other conversational methods). Hope this helps.

Seeing as op is getting work requests, and responding to them, I’m closing this thread now.
