Basically, you want to be on as many platforms as possible to squeeze as much traction and money out as possible.

You should try revenue share offers on your website. Another option is to rotate SOI, DOI, Revshare offers and see which one converts better. The webcam affiliates convert if you have quality traffic. You need to test a few things to find the profitable ones. I wouldn't suggest popup or popunder ads as they are annoying and users may leave your site.
