How to Monetize my IT Consulting material?

Basically I have worked as an IT Consultant for one of the top global IT firms for the last 10 years, over this time I have written and created volumes of IT and Organisational Processes and Procedures in great detail and I use this same material to help clients adopt new ways of working, best practice and implement new procedures.

I was initially thinking of creating a website and publishing all my material on that website for smaller organisations and whoever else to use as guidance and their own use, whilst I would make some money from adsense (hopefully).....However, I was wondering if there was a better way to monetise this content or if you guys had some decent suggestions? For example could I sell each document individually? (corporate clients pay around $20,000 per content of each of these documents + my time to help implement...I would be merely looking for a fraction of this of course if this was published on a site) - If this route what is the best strategy of doing this?

Subscription based? or does anyone know if there are any websites where you can upload documentation that people browse and buy similar to stock photo sites? (might be a stupid question)

Any ideas/recommendations would be massively appreciated!

Build a site offer free value first and then have the option for people to subscribe to a premium features where u'll constantly upload whatever it is you're doing
