I have a subreddit with 25K real members about ChatGPT, and artificial intelligence... and I need advice about monetization methods.

Have you considered checking out AI tools with affiliate programs that might be relevant to your subreddit?

There are many AI tools with affiliate programs. Create some posts promoting AI tools and earn commissions from new users.
 
You can partner with SAAS and AI agent owners. They pay a fixed value per month to be allowed to promote their tools in your subreddit. Competitors are not allowed to promote.
 
Unless your sub is anti-AI, like those about arts and shit lol.
 
Create your own AI agent and start promoting it on your subreddit
