How to monetize leads?

I have leads (name, address, city, zip code, state). What ways could I monetize these leads? What offers would you suggest?

I also have local leads, as in same city. Is there a more profitable way to monetize these?

Would need more info.. how were they obtained? how old are they?

They are recent as in one to three days. Obtained through “I’m interested in offers.”
