How to monetize incentive traffic

I have got some incentive traffic and wondering how can i monetize that. Tried cpa did not work much. Conversion rate is too low getting epc of 0.01.

Can any one guide me to utilize this traffic??

i have like 6000-9000 UV per day. And they are all going to waste
