Lets say i have girl fake account with ~5000 friends from usa, uk, canada. How to monetize it? How much is approximately worth if i sell it? How much worth account with ~5000 worldwide friends?

Lets say posts getting up to 1000 likes. Comment and shares really depends from post content.

It is dependant on numerous factors.
People will just be pulling figures out of their arse without seeing the account and judging the quality of followers.

Accounts followers count pretty much same with friends amount. Just wanted to know average price. I have possibility to resell them from other people.. Can to buy it really cheap.

You can monetize them with cpa, affiliate marketing, sell products, etc. I would go with cpa. Something like "who visited my profile" or "free iphone" kind of stuff.

Put a page up that has a nude chick on it and then content lock it. Post at like 7pm on a Friday "I'm so wasted, I think these pictures might be too naughty for Facebook lol link"

Can you suggest me any cpa networks that gives content locker and accept that kind of traffic? I even can get that girls naked pictures.

You can make a fb page with the profile and get a fast (5000 followers & likes).i have seen this lately my friends asked me why they found themselves liking and following a pages they were just invited to like and didn't act.this may be very helpfull if you find the method, can't answer this right now as i am doing something else.

What's the user engagement like? I'd imagine that an account with 5,000 friends who don't interact with the account holder wouldn't be worth very much.
