I have an email list of US based jewelers, with a zero bounce rate.

How to get a good inbox rate and how to make money out of it.

No SEO or web design offers as they already hired certain companies for similar services.

I am in search of certain affiliate offers.

Well i dont know what affiliate offers you can promote to them .Maybe search for some affiliate offers where they are ofered an ofer for spending on ads .For example if they spend 100$ on ads they will get 500$ in ads .And you will get also your comision

I've not worked in this niche before, but just got the quick idea after reading your post.

- Ask them if they can offer you a good discount and commission on the designs which are listed on their sites.
- After hearing YES!!!
- Create a website and listed their designs in it with the brand/company names. (Get an approval regarding the image usages as well).
- Promote your website to the targeted users
- $$$
 
Back in the day there was a really high paying jewelry CPA program. Now I can't recall what their name was, but they're probably still around on some aff platform.
 
Seems like a tough one. The only thing I can think of if there's an e-com commerce with an affiliate program, where if the jewelers sign up and make sales, you make commissions.
 
I don't have any experience with this niche this just an idea.

Jewelry makers need some tools, dig deep on what they need and dropship the tools that they need.
 
maybe try just the best selling products?
 
Is there an affiliate program that teaches people how to increase offline sales?
 
How big is the list?

Jewelers already have to much money and they are too occupied with their brick and mortar business. You have to offer something really cool deal or offer that can attract their attention.

You have to think something about how you can help them that makes their life easier. In principle it is quite tough to sell something to somebody who already has much money.
