I bought an old domain that used to belong to a developer. He made available on his website a software and gained a lot of natural links.
I installed a website for my PBN on there, with clicky analytics. I noticed the site is getting some referred traffic from people wanting this software.
how can I make money from this opportunity?
there is between 5 and 10 visitors a day. should I even bother?

5 to 10 won't make a difference, but it means that it can easily be increased, specially if it is already ranking for some terms.

In order to monetize it, simply lock the downloads with your offers; email submit is usually the easiest vertical to go with.

You can probably try using PPI to earn money and see if you make decent $.
You can also hire anyone to program the software and sell it, it depends on what software it is.

Content lock.or use CPA. but dont think you'll make much with 5 -10 visitors a day. but try anyway

CPA content locking is good, or even just an intermediary ******* page to get to the software. Beyond that, you could just charge a fee for the software rather than making it freely available.

I agree with previous answers, but you need to combine them. First you need to focus on getting more visitors on your website and then go with content locking or CPA or both. With only 10 visitors a day it's hard to monetize what you have. Charging for the software, as suggested above, might turn away even existing visitors. So increase your traffic first and then choose your money making strategy.
