For YT channel name, of FB profile name, you can cooperate with a SMM Panel, or start your own panel reselling services of a provider (very easy, you get the code and interface and everything, you are just responsible for branding and marketing, and that's what your website takes care of).
Then you can sell them likes/views/followers etc. to boost their channel at the start.
I am nearly sure you'll get some leads this way.
The only problem is that many of these panels are unreliable, so do your research to find a good one, which will actually provide legitimate likes/views etc for your clients.

For NGOs I am not sure. But if these people are just starting their projects, you can even offer/outscore web development/logo design, etc. Or just send them to a platform like Canva (quite a good one for design works) which has an affiliate program--canva has one....
