Coding is great, but people pay for solutions, not just code. Find small businesses or startups that need automation or tools, don’t wait for clients, go to them. Show off cool projects online, and don’t be afraid to reach out. First client is the hardest, but once you get one, it gets easier. Keep at it!

You can offers something additional in the gig which other fiverr sellers are not offering.
 
Don't stop, keep going. You don't get any client from fiverr. stay there until you get some projects. First project there will motivate you and many meanings to you. If you don't have persistence, you can't do anything.
