We have a large database of clients, including those of our competitors, but the issue is that it only consists of emails. It’s very challenging nowadays to reach out without ending up in spam – as you probably know.

In your opinion, what are the best methods to monetize it?

What’s the niche?? Are they an active list?
 
Send info/educational emails at first (guides, resources, tips) to build trust and improve engagement rates.
