How to monetize buy and sell facebook groups?

Hello friends! I've been reading this forum for several months and I'm very motivated! Thanks for this. But I have a question, I'm tired of thinking about it.
The fact is that I have several buy and sell groups on facebook (where people sell their products). These groups have from 5 to 30 thousand people. And I absolutely have no idea how I can make money from it. I tried to post my goods, I created a shopify store, but my goods do not get any engagement. How to be? How to earn money?
For example, I have a group where people post their cars for sale. How to make money if my goods do not receive engagement? To write to them in private messages buy from me this and this? I try post offer with vehicle report but 0 result.
HELP ME PLEASE! I spend a lot of time on this, and I can not earn money... It's really sad for me

Try to work on getting more followers first, if u want to speed it up you can use seoclerks to buy some group members, but with this amount i don't think you can earn at the moment, anyway try to be creative for example take a car sale post from your group that have some decent views and remove the post and make a landing page of it while filling the page with ads/affiliate also "email subscription form", the guy you removed his post gonna be happy cuz you are promoting him, and you may make some money from affiliate if u didn't at least you are creating a list / getting a startup idea.

Say something useful, or go to the "introductions" forum and say stuff like that above.
Don't just post anything to increase your messages rate.

How about trying to sell pinned post spot? Most of the members are from which country?

I try this method. Sad but nor working for me

Be a legit seller and have someone that's a member of that group, be friends with that ( one with a good rep) that could give assurance that you are legit.

Are you the admin of these groups? Or a member?
