Just a simple demo I made today as part of a cool project I'm working on. This is recognizing some textures in the video stream and spawning 3d models when it's found.

It also can recognize pre-defined images such as logos and graphics ranging from magazine covers to webpage banners and can spawn cool scenes around it. I don't have a printer so I was just opening the sample textures on the monitor, but you can print them out and spin them around.

I was thinking of going around the city to different landmarks and adding mustaches/ears/hats/clothes or something to statues virtually when someone points their camera at the statue on their phone using the app they can snap pictures....

Thats a pretty cool app right there! Have you considered monetising with Admod or something I have read there are lot of networks which allow in-app advertising. Why dont you try that?

I can't help you with your question... But I have to commend your ingenuity. That's some cool stuff!
    Surely you can sell that.
Think bigger than the skeletons fighting and other stuff in the video. I really like your landmarks idea... keep going!

    Best of luck!

I made a little better video with virtual buttons and the rest is showing multiple targets being drawn at the same time(good for board games, puzzles, etc):
