How To Monetize An IM eBook - help needed

Hey guys!
my friend wrote a 12 page PDF eBook that covers a lot of aspects of internet marketing such as SEO, Making and setting up a website, wordpress plugins, themes making 100$/day method and some more content related to internet marketing right now he decided not to sale it as he is moving to a bigger project so he gave me full rights on the book and he told me to monetize it and i can keep 80% of the profits.

I?m looking for ways to make money from this eBook i was thinking about uploading it to a PPD site like sharecash and promote it but that probably won?t make more than 200$ even with good promotions so what are some good methods to make money from the eBook? Thanks

Load it with related Affiliate links, and give it away.

What differentiates your book from other books out there?

You can sell it in a few ways:

1) Put it up on clickbank
2) Set it up on forums
3) Give it away as a freebie with affiliate links in it
4) JV with somebody to add as an upsell or downsell to their products (if it's not good enough to be a stand alone). If it's good enough to be its own standalone, then def don't go with this option.
5) Set up your own website and sell it, while using option 1 and 2 above.
