How to Monetize an Employee

Hello,

I run several online businesses out of my home office. I have a couple employees that maintain some of my online ventures, but from time to time, they get some free time. I've had them work on various money making activities, only to have them fizzle out, or not really work well.

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to the best way for me to have them spend their extra time. These guys are fairly tech savvy, and can follow instructions well. Anyone have some decent suggestions? Thanks.
