How to monetize an active 400k page

Hi guys,

I have a 400k humor fanpage with most fans coming from the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada and France. I post viral videos on the page and have real good genuine activity. Never paid for likes or ads. How do I monetize the page without running my fans out of the door? I don't want to start spamming the page with Mylikes links or ads... how could I make money with the page?

Advertise on BHW
Drive the traffic to your video on YT and have your adsuense ads running..
That will get you some decent income...

or set up a humor site and drive the traffic there.
split test it with product promotion/Adsuence ads..

See which converts well..
 
Try with any CPA offers (SOI), also try with CB offers..
Create another fb page and promote the new page in old page, after getting decent likes sell the new FB PAGE.
Upload the viral video on your website and put content locker on your video, share it on your fb page.

I have a page with a little over 600k. I mostly use MyLikes and make an average of about $200 a week. It doesn't have to be spammy if you do it correctly, posting the right article can net you up to $50. Quality over quantity.

I would also recommend you apply as a ChaCha affiliate. Approval takes a while but the CPC rates are good. The articles are also less clickbaity than MyLikes.

LeapViral is another option, but I haven't had much success.

Only make a website with adsense if you have a good niche. I recently tried making my own website and linking it on my page. It did wonders for my overall engagement and reach, but the money simply isn't there. Without a niche it's hard to make good money with the CPM rates being offered (60 cents per 1000 clicks... is that a joke?). If you have a proper niche you may even want to sign up for some cpa offers (amazon affiliates isn't bad).

But to be honest the simplest and most effective method for me has been MyLikes. Been using it for over two months now and have made about $3000.
 
While the process is longer, I would recommend building a related website and driving traffic down to the site with links in your status updates/posts. Then building a mailing list with contest and giveaway offers on the webpage. It takes a bit more time to make money like this and FB will punish your reach a bit when you post links to off FB rather just putting all your content on the FB page.... BUT... FB is not your friend... They change the rules, can ban your page and most of all completely control how many people see your stuff and thus your potential income. The best way to make sustainable money with FB, is to get people off FB and into a situation where you can reach out to them directly (mailing list). Plus once you get them off FB, you can monetize 1000's of ways. If you are running cpa offers, many of the good offers won't let you run social. So you need to get them off FB then you can control how you present offers or monetize the content. In the short term, you can probably find tons of people willing to pay you per post to promote something they are doing though as a stop gap measure, but the gold standard to building a business that will last after FB is the big thing is to get them down to your own site!

OP, if you use the method above then you can make $xx,xxx per month or even more. I know someone who does something similar and I'm looking to do the same on one of my pages.
 
How much does the average link post send out? I'm looking for some pages to pay out on a ratio. It's basically fresh tested viral content and you would make 80% of the ad rev. If the post went viral you could make a lot. We generally only deal with people that can send a minimum of 5000 clicks a day. If interested shoot me a link to your fb page and i'll get back to you.
 
I prefer to do shout-outs on FB since they rob you of your reach when posting any sort of off site links, but if you were to begin CPAs with your account I'd suggest making a Facebook note with your CPA link and driving traffic to the Facebook note opposed to any direst links.
