Last year, I created an IG account, uploaded like 30 images of weed girls smoking, once daily with nice hashtags and they got an average of 100 to 200 likes and 1-10 comments and started to get my first 20 followers just from hashtags.
So I did this every day for about a week and also follow/unfollowed some big weed accounts and I got to about 2k followers and then for some reason I lost interest and started doing something else and the account was unopened for a year now.
Today I opened my forgotten IG account and it has about 1k followers left but I still do get some likes on my 1+yr old images from the hashtags.
What do you think would be a good way to monetize this IG account TODAY?
Does the hashtag + follow/unfollow method still work to get real followers for free?
It is possible to get 10-20$ /day from this niche?
