how to monetize a tracking image

have access to a domain that was used as a tracker in an ad network, it was just used to put a 1x1 tracking pixel - unfortunately it's just an image, not js or anything executable

anything creative for how to monetize?

Did you find a way to do such a thing? I have a similar situation, and getting bunches of traffic in. (Over 1 million uniques a day)
