Depending upon the niche, have a T-Shirt store selling some nice designs. Get them on Fiverr and make sure they are designed new for you and not some recycled design from a Themeforest or Envato package.

You yourself can also make designs. Just get photoshop from CGPersia and find a photo => sketch plugin and get pictures from any of the stock sites or the GFX share sites and convert them to sketches to print on a shirt. It is a derivative work of art and no one can say anything.

Sell a niche specific or gender specific product that you are an affiliate of. Try Commission Junction

Like if you have a Pet Niche Cat site then also sell things geared toward women as most cat owners are women.

You should also search BHW for the huge deposits of courses that people have put into MEGA accounts. You will have more courses than you have time. MEGA has limits on downloading so do this -

Create a MEGA account

Move the course you want from the depository to your account

Sign up for a google account. You want the GDrive part

Then sign up for a MultCloud.com account. (Note it is MULT, NOT MULTI) It is a cloud transfer service (free)

Transfer the course from MEGA to GDRIVE, using MULTDRIVE.

Download from GDrive

Delete the course from your Mega account.

Repeat

Advertise the F out of the 'secret' info on all your pages

How do you pick out the topic for your 'secret' info?

Simple - study your visitor patterns - which pages do they love the most? What's the topic of those pages?

Find 'secret' info on the hottest topics on your site

Affiliate marketing (content locker, CPA, clickbank etc)
Advertisements (adsense, ezoic, media.net, mediavine, newormedia etc)
Email marketing
Sell stuff, ebooks, courses, digital products, coaching services
Secure sponsorships
2. Yes, you can apply unlimited times to adsense if you get rejected.
