You could definitely use this traffic for the promotion of affiliate links as this amount of followers would surely catch the attention of many different networks, but the real question here is if those followers have some real value, since you mentioned you have bought them? As for promoting or selling something by using your Twitter profile, those followers should at least be real to make some progress, as if they are bots mainly, you won't go anywhere. Another solution would be to sell the method you are using or a tool to some other interested parties because I believe there are companies that would have the use of getting a high amount of followers.

So when i want to screen a thread i reply on that thread with "@yourbotname" and it does it and sends it to me?
 
How many of them are real? Visit often?
