I have two facebook pages...

One with roughly 9,000 likes, and the other with about 1500...

any ideas on how to monetize them?

Sell ads on fiverr. If you have active members they will forsure buy this.

So basically just advertise it on fiverr saying

I have facebook page with 9,000 likes, $5 gets your ad posted...

Yeah put something along the lines, Ill will display your ad to my 9000+ active facebook fans. If the are from one country even better.

Run contests with a content locker for an iPod or whatever is related to your niche. I've made thousands off facebook contests hidden behind content lockers. I won't go into details.

Make a website dedicated to the niche and scrape ad revenue as well.

Well it highly depends on if they are targeted to a specific niche or just random people. If they are targeted look out for some offers/products (clickbank, amazon, etc.) related to your niche. If not, you could do as said above and sell ads. Just try to not come over as too spammy.
