How to monetize a BH and Warez Forum

hello guys,
i have Blackhat Forum, while i started it as only to fun and share stuff but it become quite famous now.
i never bother to make money from it but now i need money hardly (because i am changing country) so now i am finding a way to monetize it.
it has alexa rank around 30k which means it got lot of traffic and above 15k members.
any ideas for monetizing it will be appreciated or i have to sell that site
