Check your bounce rate on that traffic, i'm positive it's pretty high. If anything, I would collect emails from that certain page you're getting traffic on so this way you can send an email blast to get traffic to your site and for them to become a regular reader

Build a list with this traffic.. And promote some CPA offers... Don't spam just 2 offers/ month.. LISTs are gold laying duck.. If you excute perfectly, you can earn $ in auto pilot...

I'd recommend doing a full array of ads like banner, mobile, pop up etc. so you can maximize value from your visitors.
