How to monetize 2500 tattooers?

Hello!

So during my work I collected 2500 emails by now and it's growing (+10-30/day).
99,9% of them are tattooers, only real people of course.

I was thinking about making mailout with tattoo supplies and getting % from sales or that kind of stuff, but I have absolutely no idea where to start and how to do it.
I don't actually know the proper name for this kind of actions.

Or maybe you have some other ideas about how to profit from these guys?

So you are focusing on Tattoo Artists? I'd find a way to get commissions for Shows/Events that attract them. I know we get at least 1 or 2 events that focus on piercing and tattoos each year.

If they are all shop owners go for the equipment (like autoclaves/sterilizers). You'd need a lot more volume for the disposable market to make sense and likely for them to even consider a cut of the sale.

I would suggest to keep building your list up, but you could also promote tattoo design templates or mock ups to them

offer them a course for tattoos or an ebook of some sort

Sell them a tattoo removal cream. I assure you a conversion rate of atleast 50%

Build a facebook page about tattoos in the popular geo-locations throughout USA ... use this as a lead generation platform to drive them converting customers. With the right approach it's a no-brainer to create an appointment setting app, and many of these people have no marketing experience at all - so you can bring them business they don't know how to get. Most tattoo shops rely on word of mouth for most of their business, so this is a great opportunity for you, but you need to tighten up all your lead channels.

Without more information this appears disorganized, but is a good base for learning to do email marketing. I'd definitely look to re-evaluate the whole model from top to bottom and figure out the most important things, i.e. what can you bring to the tattoo owners, how will you make money via these leads? You have a unique opportunity if you do this right, but I would be building a list of prospective tattoo purchasers just as much as I was building a list of sellers - particularly since you currently have nothing of value to offer your existing list.
