It depends on many factors.
If you have high engagement you can charge between $30 and $60.
If your niche is very competitive you can't charge too much.
And so on...
What type of problems are you having with advertisers or offers?
Did you let your AM know about it?
some advertisers didnt let me promote sweepstakes offers in instagram

i tried monetizing my page when it was 10k......WORS DECISION EVER..just killed the interaction...id recommend you just grow ur page

Uhm, I would suggest you to wait till you reach 20-30k before spamming your followers with links to monetize.
In the meanwhile you can purchase a domain and create some content, you will need that in future.
