How to monetise tier 3 traffic??

I have a Facebook group of t3 countries with 50k+ members and close to 10k active members and engagement.
I wanted to start a blog off this traffic but I read somewhere that AdSense cpc for t3 traffic is thrash.
So guys any ideas of how to monetise this traffic or is it just worthless?

Monetizing 3rd traffic is hard, But not worthless!

Why? because you simply have almost no competition, everyone is chasing first tier traffic these days, it made the competition rather intense, Which means, less competition in both 2nd and 1st traffic.

Okay, But how?
CPA, Referral system, slave them into mass sharing our content to scale things up, Really the choices are almost unlimited!

Just forget it, it's useless to sell stuff to the 3rd tier traffic, They're not there yet.

Just forget it, Dropshipping and selling anything on third tier is useless, There is always some problems, They can't wait 40 days the money is always an issue.

I think some CPA offers for mobile games pay per install.
Check out offervault.com or similar and I am sure you can find something that will work.
