Put these transmitters in a server rack cabinet with a glass front window
Point the cabinet to the window to the outside
Check for leakage. Build a faraday cage around the 3 sides of the cabinet that
are exposed to the interior of your apartment
Q: What Phone farm software do you use? Have you tried Genfarmer ?
